Return Policy

Our Return Policy:
We will be glad to extend a 24 hour return policy upon receiving the gown at the auction winner's location.

  • When you receive your dream dress, you will need to email us within the first 24 hours to state if you will be keeping the gown or returning it.

  • If you decide to return the gown, it will need to be shipped back by UPS, USPS or FedEx insured and be received by us within 5 business days in the same condition as it was sent. You will be responsible for the gown until it is received back safely to our location.

  • Once we receive the gown back we will inspect it and, if in the same condition as the gown was sent to you, we will refund the price of the gown only. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If we do not hear from you by email within the first 24 hours of receiving the gown, we will consider the gown satisfactory and no returns/refunds will be accepted.

  • All returns must be approved by us or the gown/package will be refused / returned to you. Please email us within 24 hours of receiving the gown at customerservice@your-dream-dress.com for us to approve the return.

  • Please note: Our specially marked “Clearance” Gowns do not offer our return policy due to their super low prices!!
